Young
Parents Access Program (YPAP) aims to support young and expecting
parents in continuing their education, through the provision of
childcare located onsite (at Corio Bay Senior College's Childcare
Centre), and the employment of Parent Support Workers.
The
Parent Support Workers at the College aim to support and empower
individuals to improve both their own and their
children’s life experiences and ultimately their futures. They
provide intensive support and case management to student-parents.
YPAP
supports parents and their families by offering a flexible program
where young parents can complete their senior school education and gain access to tertiary
education, further training or
employment.
